‘Sword’ stabbing suspect indicted

The man accused of stabbing his 26-year-old tenant April 9 was indicted by a Clark County Grand Jury Monday.

Jason Waller, 36, of 1418 Cameron Drive, was indicted on two counts of murder, tampering with evidence and carrying concealed weapons, according to the indictment list released by the Clark County Prosecutor’s Office.

Officials say he stabbed 26-year-old Donald Argabright to death at 154 Kewbury Road. Argabright was found dead in the driveway of the home he rented from Waller.

The Grand Jury also returned the following indictments:

Barbara Chandler, 29, 3000 E. High St., possession of cocaine.

Brent Lipker, 21, 4922 Scarff Road, New Carlisle, burglary.

John Jones, 19, 1423 Linden Ave., tampering with drugs, possession of criminal tools, receiving stolen property.

Ryan Parker, 20, of Fairborn, forgery.

Joseph McNamara, 48, 2724 N. Limestone St., forgery, receiving stolen property.

Timothy Tincher, 48, 8843 Selma Road, South Charleston, theft.

Jeffrey Holbert, 48, 421 W. Mulberry St., receiving stolen property.

Allegra Crafter, 46, 465 N. Race St., assault on a police officer.

Joshua Adamson, 28, 1305 N. Tecumseh Road, domestic violence.

Harry Vasquez, 47, 526 Murray St., possession of cocaine.

George Born, 43, of Columbus, robbery.

Regina Blair, 49, 633 Miami St., violation of protection order.
