Clifford Cowan, 39, 1884 Clay St.: Domestic violence.

Jerome Devin Todd, 29, 23 S. Race St.: Possession of cocaine.

Jonavon Alonzo McCoy, 20, 1719 Kenwood Avenue: Possession of cocaine.

Ilan C. Battle, 29, 427 W. Southern Avenue: Possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs.

Quran Hottenstein, 19: Failure to appear.

Patrick David Shediack Jr., 40, 2111 Hillside Avenue: Carrying concealed weapon.

James Ray Miller, 49, Bellefontaine: Assault.

Samantha Lee Espich, 27, 119 E. Cecil St.: Illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, aggravated possession of drugs.

Tyrone L. Stevens, 22, 325 W. John St.: Possession of heroin.
