Clark County grand jury issues several indictments

Clark County Prosecutor Andy Wilson reports the Clark County grand jury met Monday and also returned the following indictments:

Cody Douglas Fout, 31, 3411 Johnson Road: Burglary.

Robert Joe Seagraves Jr., 35, 2708 Hilltop St.: Receiving stolen property.

Robert S. Blevins, 52, Middletown, Ohio: Two counts of aggravated possession of drugs.

Dennis H. Kennedy Jr., 21, 1514 W. High St.: Failure to appear, receiving stolen property and having weapons under disability.

Roger L. Swyers Jr., 37, 1091 S. Dayton Lakeview Road, Lot 4, New Carlisle: Breaking & entering.

Tawny Jo Taborn, 25, 1707 Warder St.: Two counts of forgery.

Bryan Bobbitt, 35, 6776 West National Road, New Carlisle: Possession of cocaine.

Jimmy Lee Tackett, 52, 1458 W. Pleasant St.: Failure to verify current address.

Blake Hairston, 18, Columbus, Ohio: Failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, receiving stolen property and improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Matthew Raymond Flynn, 45, Battlecreek, Mich.: Forgery, receiving stolen property.

Bryan Nicklaus Moore, 31, 1225 Highland Ave.: Having weapons under disability (two counts), possession of cocaine.

Hershall R. Ford, 28, 1019 W. Columbia St.: Having weapons under disability (two counts), improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Carlos Oxner, 59, 417 Section St.: Felonious assault.

Airelle Christine Casebolt, 26, 528 W. Harding Road, Apt 19: Possession of heroin.
