Special editions of holiday newspapers have Black Friday ads

An early edition of the year’s best savings goes on sale Wednesday afternoon throughout the region.

Copies of the largest Dayton Daily News, Springfield News-Sun and JournalNews newspapers of the year went on sale Wednesday afternoon at area stores, including Speedway, Kroger, Dorothy Lane Market and other single-copy retailers.

The special edition of the papers includes all the deals and Black Friday ads which appear in the Thursday home edition.

Subscribers will receive the Black Friday ads in their regular Thursday editions delivered Thanksgiving morning.

The ads make the paper the largest of the year, featuring holiday season deals at local shops and retailers.
