Crews have shut off the power at the complex while they drain the water, Asterino said he was told.

Everyone in the complex have been accounted for and no injuries have been reported, a dispatcher said.
Several structures nearby have also flooded, a Champaign County dispatcher said.
High water blamed for residential, road flooding in Champaign County
Flooded apartments aside, several roads have been shut down because of high water. Those roads include the 3000 block of Millerstown Road, Millerstown-Eris Road, Church Road and the 3600 block of West State Route 29 near Urbana.

There are reports of high water in parts of Champaign County, and a home in St. Paris is taking on some of that water.
At least 4 inches of water entered the home in the 2700 block of Church Road, a Champaign County dispatcher said. A woman with three children and a dog live in the home, and they’ve called for assistance.
Several first responders are at the home assisting the family, a Champaign County dispatcher said.

A flash flood warning was also issued for both counties until 4:30 a.m., according to the National Weather Service.
Additionally, a line of strong thunderstorms will affect parts of Logan and Champaign counties as well as Shelby County, the National Weather Service reported.
High water was reported on state Route 560, just north of Stickley Road, in Urbana, a dispatcher said.
Earlier, a tornado warning was issued for Champaign County, but it expired at 12:45 a.m. Monday.
