Suspect in local endangered child advisory case turns herself in

Khadejha Coran, the Springfield woman who allegedly abducted her two children prompting an endangered child advisory, turned herself in to authorities Thursday morning.

Coran is facing two counts of abduction and two counts of interfering with custody. She entered a not guilty plea to all counts and her bond was set at $22,000, according to Springfield court officials.

Coran’s two children were found safely February 26 at a home in the 1200 block of Mound Street, but Coran was not able to be located until today.
