Murray reportedly met the teen with his girlfriend, Andrews, and tattooed the teen’s arm.

The girl’s mother, who did not give her permission to get the tattoo, discovered the tattoo and contacted the man’s girlfriend about the incident, according to court documents.

The girlfriend reportedly explained that she thought the teen was of age because she was friends with older people.

The affidavit says the mother felt the couple didn’t do enough research before inking her daughter.

“(The mother) stated that she felt both Mr. Murray and Ms. Andrews were reckless with regard to ascertaining (her daughter’s) age prior to giving her the tattoo,” the affidavit says.

The girl said they then drove to the couple’s house where the tattoo was completed, according to the affidavit. The girl also told authorities that the subject of her age never came up in any of the conversations between her and the couple.”
