Timothy Shinn, 45: two counts of theft

Gabriel Crossley, 31, of Springfield: possession of cocaine

Casey Mougey, 32: aggravated arson

Jeremy Self, 34: receiving stolen property and two counts of theft

Dustin Hall, 34: breaking and entering, possession of heroin and possession of fentanyl-related compound and two counts of burglary

Darez Harris, 28, of Columbus: failure to comply with order or signal of police officer
