Enoch allegedly met with a man and woman he knows about purchasing handguns about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night in the 800 block of West Pleasant Street. Enoch allegedly asked the man to see the guns and while he was inspecting them, left the area in a silver SUV with two other men in the vehicle, according to a police report.

Officers then found the SUV in the 400 block of Rice Street and chased the car to the 1200 block of Tibbetts Avenue, where the SUV struck a parked car and came to a stop in the middle of the roadway. The officers found Enoch walking on Clay Street, where he surrendered to police.
