Authorities alleged Bloomfield was drunk when they found him on North Fountain Avenue.
“Mr. Bloomfield was extremely intoxicated and had several visible injuries to his face. A medic was requested and Mr. Bloomfield was transported to the hospital,” the reports says.
A receipt attached to the police report shows Bloomfield ordered a large amount of alcohol. The receipt lists three pitchers of Bud Lite, seven bottles of Natural Lite, nine cherry bombs and a Jager bomb, six Washington Apples and some vodka.
