They spoke to a victim who said a man he knew had damaged his property and fired a gun towards his house following a disagreement.

“The victim was watching the suspect when he stated ‘I’m going to kill you,’” the police report says. “The suspect then began throwing rocks at the house. The suspect threw a rock through the east facing dor and two east facing windows.”

The suspect and the victim were former co-workers, according to the report.

“(The victim) stated that the suspect did have a black revolver on him and pointed it at the house several times while he was yelling outside,” the report says.

Officers arrived on scene after the man had left and were able to locate a small bullet hole to the rear of the home, the report says.
