Sex offender charged with raping 2 kids, indicted in Clark County

A previously convicted sex offender accused of raping two young children in Clark County has been indicted.

Charles C. Skelton, 44, faces three counts of rape and three counts of gross sexual imposition.

The victims were 6 and 4 years old at the time of the alleged offenses, according to court records, which deputies alleged occurred in Pleasant Twp. continuously between May of 2016 and March of this year.

Skelton is currently listed as a tier-2 sex offender by the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, court records say. He was convicted of indecent liberties with a child in 2009 in Beaufort County, N.C.

Tajia Humphrey, 22, permitting drug abuse.

John Timothy Jones Sr., 49, 625 W. Jefferson St., possession of cocaine.

Moncada R Abbott, 32, 2235 ½ Iroquois Ave., trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present.

Alicia Marie Viney, 54, 126 E Cassilly St., domestic violence.

Mark E. Pierce, 56, 8161 Milton Carlisle Road in New Carlisle, two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Raymond Inman, 36, of Newark, aggravated possession of drugs, receiving stolen property.

Thomas Crosley Jr., 46, of Fairborn, aggravated possession of drugs.

Charles Lee Cole, 27, 3015 Erter Dr. two counts of robbery.

Charles E. Pryor, 37, 733 Reed Ave., two counts of Burglary, having weapons under disability.

Ramon Boyce, 32, two counts burglary receiving stolen property.
