“The victim stated that on Wednesday at about 9:30 a.m. while she was shopping at Family Dollar, on Burnett Road, she ran into the suspect,” the report says.

The two were previously co-workers but the woman had not seen him in months, according to the report. The report says the man began to follow her in the store.

“He began following her around and professing his love for her,” the report says. “(She) told him several times to leave her alone, (the man) continued to follow (her) around even after she left.”

The woman said she drove home and the man followed her in his own car, the report says.

“While driving, he repeatedly yelled at her telling her that he loved her and asking her to stop and talk to him,” the report says.
