When crews arrived, they spoke with the victim who said his house was broken into sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. while he was away.

“He stated that he found his east facing back door open and an east facing window in his bedroom to be broken. He stated that the window was up when he arrived home but was shut and locked when he left,” the report says. “(The victim) stated that several items were also missing from his home.”
According to the report, the items stolen include a 65-inch flat screen TV, a Microsoft Xbox One X, five handbags and two pairs of shoes.
Springfield police seeking public’s help in locating vehicle
As police were looking for evidence in the house, they found a few spots of blood in the bedroom.
“(Police) observed a blood drop on the bed below the broken window as well as a bloody finger print on the window sill,” the report says.
No suspect information was available, and Springfield police continue their investigation into this burglary.
