A Domino’s Pizza driver was robbed of cash and a car while making an early morning delivery in Dayton, police said.

The driver told officers she was preparing to deliver a pizza around 2 a.m. in the 1800 block of Home Avenue when a man opened her car door, pulled her out of the car, stuck a handgun in her face, and demanded cash and the vehicle, Dayton police reported.

The driver emptied her pockets and fled to a nearby bush. The vehicle, described as a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage with Kentucky license plates, was driven west on Home at high speed, police said.

The suspect was described as a male about 5 feet, 7 inches tall with light facial hair. He wore a black hoodie and dark pants, police said. Two other men picked up money dropped in the street during the robbery, police said.
