10 people indicted in Clark County

The Clark County Prosecutor’s Office announced indictments last week, and 10 people are facing new felonies.

Included in the charges are drugs, weapons and assault counts. The cases were heard by a Clark County Grand Jury.

The following people were indicted:

NEWS: Springfield 18-year-old accused of having sex with a 12-year-old

Laprecious Anthony, 29: aggravated possession of drugs, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, aggravated trafficking in drugs.

Tyrone Stevens, 24, of Springfield: having weapons under disability, carrying concealed weapon, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, tampering with evidence.

Venzer Phifer, 26, of Springfield: aggravated trafficking drugs, aggravated possession of drugs.

Robert Browning, 39, of Springfield: possession of cocaine.

Lezlie Nibert, 48, of Springfield: unauthorized use of vehicle.

Steven Masters, 26, of Springfield: failure to comply or signal of police officer, carrying concealed weapon, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, receiving stolen property, having weapons under disability.

Joseph Jones, 24: domestic violence, assault.

Austin Paul, 26, of Springfield: carrying concealed weapon, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Jason Marlowe, 42, of Springfield: burglary, breaking and entering.

Albert Castello, 38, of Springfield: robbery.
