A Piqua man accused of threatening to “shoot up” a Piqua school where his 14-year-old girlfriend allegedly was bullied pleaded not guilty Tuesday to an additional charge of pandering obscenity involving a minor in Miami County Common Pleas Court.

William Ingle, 22, pleaded not guilty in early August to felony making false alarms in the alleged May 22 threat on the junior high school.

Bail of $10,000 was set previously on the false alarms charge. Judge Christopher Gee set bail on the new charge at $10,000. If Ingle posts bail, he was ordered to have no contact with the minor girl.
