MISSING: Antioch Shriners’ little semi-truck stolen

The Antioch Shriners’ little semi-truck was stolen earlier this month, and authorities are offering a reward for its safe return, Riverside police said.

Police have already recovered a trailer used to transport the little semi-truck cab and its little trailer, but the cab and little trailer have not been found, said Riverside Police Department Chief Frank Robinson.

A $2,500 reward is offered for information leading to the recovery and charges filed in connection to the theft, according to the department.

Robinson said his officers tracked down the trailer to an address in Huber Heights, where both cities’ police departments found “a bunch of stolen items,” including other trailers, a car, and stolen items from a Dayton church.

Riverside police posted a picture of the missing mini semi-truck and trailer. The cab has the word “Antioch” written on the hood above the wheel well. The words “Antioch Dayton, Ohio” and a picture of Bugs Bunny are featured on the mini trailer.

Robinson said no items were inside the mini trailer when it went missing.

The Antioch Shrine is a Dayton-based philanthropic fraternity that raises money for children’s charities and scholarships, among other activities.
