At the scene, an officer interviewed the victim who said she was asleep and woke up to Johnson, “on top of her,” having intercourse with her.

According to the affidavit, a witness at the scene told police Johnson told her he had, “accidentally,” had sexual intercourse with the victim while sleepwalking.

In a written statement after his arrest, Johnson said he woke up in the victim’s room, “not knowing how I got there.”

“It was an accident because we was both drunk,” the statement said.
