A Bellefontaine man was indicted this week in connection to allegations he was driving under the influence — for the ninth time.
Craig Clark, 54, was indicted in Clark County Common Pleas Court on two counts of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs.
Clark was arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol Springfield Post in December after a traffic stop for speeding on Urbana Road in Clark County on Saturday, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Clark’s driver’s license was suspended for being a “habitual alcoholic,” troopers said in a prepared statement.
Clark hasn’t been arraigned in Clark County Common Pleas Court, but he pleaded not guilty when he was charged with the allegations in Clark County Municipal Court.
A bond of $20,000 was set against him previously. He posted bail, according to jail records.
