Authorities were called to Donatos Pizza on North Limestone Saturday, Nov. 23, where a driver told them he was robbed of money. He told police he was at the gas pump when a man approached him demanding he stop interacting with his girlfriend, an employee at the pizza chain.
The man denied doing so and was eventually attacked, the report says.
“(The driver) stated the suspect then pushed him up against his car and stated ‘empty your pockets and give me your money or I’m going to shoot you,’” the report says.
The driver then allegedly gave Collins $32, the report says. The suspect then reportedly threatened the man and said he was part of a gang.
