Clark County Sheriff’s Deputies were sent to a home in the 6000 block of Garlough Road about a man with a gun at about 8 p.m. Tuesday. Upon arrival, deputies were unable to find the man, but spoke with the victim.

She told deputies Baughman was allegedly lying on the floor intoxicated when she returned home. Baughman allegedly became upset, stole the woman’s phone and went into the bathroom. The woman went into the bathroom to get her phone and was punched by the man multiple times in the nose and mid-section, according to a police report.

Baughman was arrested on Wednesday morning, according to the jail’s website. He was still in jail on Friday morning, the site said.
