During a search in October 2015 of the former WPAFB contract worker’s Yellow Springs home, agents found an AN/AAR-47 Missile Warning System and Control Countermeasures Set Display Unit.
He kept equipment belonging to the U.S. for his personal use after his contract ended at the base, according to the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio’s office.

Montgomery also had a firearm silencer that was not registered to him at his home in June 2015, according to court documents.
