A death reported in Bethel Twp. late Wednsday is now believed to be medically related, officials said.
Deputies received a call of a man down in the road with a head injury in the 200 block of Greenacres Drive around 11:30 p.m. Officials earlier said they believed a vehicle was involved in his death, but did not release further details citing the ongoing investigation.
James Foley, 49, was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was removed by the Clark County Coroner's Office.
On Thursday afternoon, officials said it's now believed his death was medically related.
Investigators recovered evidence at the scene and members of the Bureau of Criminal Investigation were also called to assist with the investigation, according to reports.
