Courtney J. Woodson, 34, of 834 S. Burnett Road, OVI amended to OVI, guilty, six months probation, 12 months driver’s license suspension, 30 days jail with 27 days suspended, three days credit for time served, fined $500.

James A. Ragland, 44, of 23 E. Southern Ave., theft, guilty, bond $1,000; theft, innocent.

Tyler Roten, 27, of New Carlisle, drug paraphernalia offense and two counts of possession of drugs, dismissed.

Michael Anthony Salas, 33, of 2360 N. Limestone St., domestic violence, innocent, bond $1,000.

Jinae A. Taulbee, 23, of 1578 Kenwood Ave., theft, innocent, bond $1,000.
