Desaray M. Huff, 23, of South Vienna, falsification, guilty, 30 days jail, credit for time served, balance suspended.

Kevin J. Johnson, 21, of South Charleston, failure to comply, guilty, fined $50; drug abuse marijuana, dismissed.

Anna Marie Litteral, 27, of New Carlisle, violation of temporary protection order, dismissed.

Johnathan J. Rockey, 36, of 1221 W. Clark St., fleeing/eluding police officer, dismissed, indicted by grand jury; theft, guilty, 30 days jail, credit for time served, balance suspended, pay restitution.

Charles D. Wiley, 28, of New Carlisle, receiving stolen property, fleeing/eluding police officer, obstructing justice and obstructing official business, dismissed, indicted by grand jury; resisting arrest and three counts of driving under suspension, dismissed.

Mindy Jo Cline, 33, of 409 Old Columbus Road, receiving stolen property, dismissed.

Charlene Decker, 48, of 1115 Fox St., receiving stolen property, guilty, six months probation.

Gilbert Engle, 47, of West Liberty, theft, guilty, fined $70.

Diane S. Fick, 37, of 2132 Beatrice Ave., resisting arrest, dismissed; disorderly conduct, guilty, fined $75.

Anthony W. Harris, 52, of 1030 Jasper St., theft, guilty, 15 days jail, suspended.

Brian King, 46, of Columbus, OVI/breath, OVI, driving under suspension, marked lanes and seat belt, dismissed.

William Cory Moss, 35, of 1022 Cypress St., domestic violence and assault, dismissed.

Wilton Frank Schuyler, 51, of 425 W. Pleasant St., criminal damaging, dismissed.

Tiarra M. Thompson, 26, of 29 E. Liberty St., domestic violence and assault, dismissed.
