The Clark County grand jury issues several drug and theft indictments.

Clark County Prosecutor Andrew Wilson reports that the Grand Jury met and the following indictments were returned:

Derrick Mallory Jr., 23, Dayton: carrying concealed weapon, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Shannon Wiles, 40, 1948 Myers Road, New Carlisle: theft.

Michael Tyler Sibole, 25, 1619 East St.: domestic violence.

Dominique L. Dearmond, 32, 1121 Linden Ave.: possession of cocaine.

Dustin Allen Ault, 31, 1823 Kentucky Ave.: domestic violence.

Guadalupe Escamilla, 46, 541 Rensselear St.: theft, Medicaid eligibility fraud.

Malik T. Shaw, 25, 1470 Pythian Ave.: possession of cocaine.

Michelle Sanders, 42, 3189 E. High St.: four counts of violating protection order.
