DETAILED FORECAST

A few high clouds are expected overnight, otherwise it will be a quiet and mild first night of fall, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell said.

Temperatures will drop back into the lower 60s, Elwell said.

Friday: Expect lots of sunshine to start the day with some increase in clouds during the afternoon. Highs will stay well above average, in the upper 80s.

Saturday: Expect more clouds and a slight chance for a quick shower during the afternoon. Most will stay dry. Highs will be slightly cooler, in the lower 80s.

Sunday: Partly cloudy skies and warm conditions with highs back in the lower 80s.

Monday: Clouds will increase with a chance for a shower or storm. Highs will be in the middle 80s.

Tuesday: Expect sun and clouds with passing shower or perhaps a storm. Highs will be cooler, in the lower to middle 70s.
