Rain and gusty winds will be moving through overnight, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell said.
After Friday’s high of 75 degrees at the Dayton International Airport tied the record set in 1930, temperatures will drop into the 40s by Saturday morning.
Saturday: Strong winds will continue to bring in much colder air. Temperatures will drop from the 40s in the morning into the 30s by late afternoon. Rain showers early could mix in with some snow before ending early in the morning. However, a few flurries or passing snow showers will be possible in the afternoon, mainly north. No accumulation is expected. Wind gusts up to 40 mph will send wind chills into the upper teens by late Saturday night.

Sunday: A cold morning is expected with a blustery and chilly afternoon. Clouds will linger, although a few breaks are possible late in the day. A few flurries are also possible, mainly early. Highs will only reach into the upper 30s.
Monday: Sunshine will return with less wind. It will remain cool with highs in the middle 40s after a frigid start.
Tuesday: Sunshine will start the day with increasing clouds late. Highs will rebound into the upper 40s. It will become breezy at times.
Wednesday: Rain will be likely. It will be milder and breezy with highs in the lower 50s.
Thanksgiving: Mostly cloudy skies, breezy and cooler. Highs will be in the upper 40s.
