DETAILED FORECAST

Mainly clear and quiet weather conditions are expected through the evening and overnight, StormCenter 7 Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs said.

“Temperatures will fall through the 40s with some spots into the upper 30s before morning,” Vrydaghs said.

Sunday: Lots of sunshine is expected for most of the day. Strong southwesterly winds and sunshine will help push temperatures to reach near 60 degrees for the afternoon. The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby counties.

“A cold front will bring the chances for rain into the evening and overnight. As colder air builds in behind the front, the rain may mix or change over to light snow before ending predawn Monday morning,” Vrydaghs said, with temperatures falling back into the 30s.

Monday: Clouds break for sunshine, though it will still be breezy. Afternoon highs will be above normal around 50 degrees.

Tuesday: Clouds increase as the next system approaches. Highs reach into the lower 50s. Rain showers arrive in the afternoon. Rain changes over to snow Tuesday night.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy and cold conditions are expected with the chance of snow showers. Highs will be in the middle 30s.
