A person was able to get out of vehicle before the train struck it, and the vehicle ended on its side, dispatchers said.
The car was pushed 20 yards before the train came to a stop, dispatch added. Dispatch believed there were some damage to the train but not enough to prevent it from continuing.
Further details were not yet available.
No injuries were reported.
