The recipients of scholarships of $5,000 or more include:
Emma Alexander, daughter of Lloyd and Lisa Alexander, will attend Wright State University. She accepted a total of $5,050 in scholarships from the Wright State University Raider Excellence Scholarship, Matt Seifert Memorial Scholarship, Springfield Foundation and Roger Compton Memorial Scholarship.
Jessica Bowen, daughter of James and Paula Bowen, will attend Wittenberg University. She accepted a total of $8,000 in scholarships from the Wittenberg University Scholar Award.
Cameron Erwin, son of Tony and Cindy Erwin, will attend Wilmington College. He accepted a total of $17,250 in scholarships from the Wilmington College Legacy Award, Wilmington College Recognition Scholar Award, Wilmington College Pathways Award, Eric Wheeler Memorial Scholarship and NEHS Booster Club “Leadership” Scholarship.
Jennifer Felzien, daughter of Jeff and Laura Felzien, will attend Cedarville University. She accepted a total of $10,750 in scholarships from the Cedarville University Provost Scholarship, Springfield Exchange Club Student of the Month Award, Community Blood Center “Lead the Way” Scholarship and Cole Smoot Memorial Scholarship.
Taylor Gamble, daughter of Sommer Boetticher, will attend Columbus College of Art & Design. She accepted a total of $7,500 in scholarships from the Columbus College of Art & Design Academic Scholarship.
Tyler Hall, son of Bill and Kim Hall, will attend Wright State University. He accepted a total of $11,480 in scholarships from the Wright State University Valedictorian Scholarship, Wright State University Competitive Honor’s Scholarship and Ralph & Evelyn Mae Brown Scholarship.
Halley Hinderer, daughter of Doug and Marilyn Hinderer, will attend Ohio University. She accepted a total of $5,000 in scholarships from the Ohio University Ohio Achievement Award, Ohio University Ohio Distinction Award, Ohio University Honor’s Scholarship and Springfield Foundation.
Chandler James, son of Chris and Adrienne James, will attend Liberty University. He accepted a total of $15,500 in scholarships from the Liberty University Award, Liberty University Pastor/Alumni Scholarship, Liberty University Academic Achievement Award, Liberty University Champion Award and NEHS Booster Club “Leadership” Scholarship.
Haley Keith, daughter of Nancy and Joe Keith, will attend Ohio Northern University. She accepted a total of $6,250 in scholarships from the Ohio Northern University Alumni Award, Ohio Northern University Achievement Award, Northeastern Local Education Association Scholarship, and Bill & Judy Haggy Scholar-Athlete Award.
Madison King, daughter of Doug and Cathy King, will attend Tiffin University. She accepted a total of $11,000 in scholarships from the Tiffin University Trustee Award.
Rachel Parker, daughter of Tim and Jill Parker, will attend The Ohio State University. She accepted a total of $6,500 in scholarships from The Ohio State University Merit Scholarship and NEHS Ideal Steel FFA “Pink” Powder Puff Scholarship.
Ciera Richardson, daughter of Cecil and Stephanie Richardson, will attend Wittenberg University. She accepted a total of $22,000 in scholarships from the Wittenberg University Scholar Award, Woeber Mustard Manufacturing Company/Moorefield Township Scholarship and Union Club Scholarship.
James Ricketts, son of Richard and Sherry Ricketts, will attend Urbana University. He accepted a total of $12,000 in scholarships from the Urbana University Academic Merit Scholarship, Urbana University Seven County Scholarship and Urbana University Shooting Sport Award.
Abigail Rucker, daughter of Sherry Johnson, will attend Bethany College. She accepted a total of $6,000 in scholarships from the Bethany College Merit Award.
Ashleigh Shaefer, daughter of Stephen and Jennifer Shaefer, will attend Sullivan University. She accepted a total of $10,000 in scholarships from Sullivan University, Imagine America Scholarship, FCCLA Scholarship and ProStart Culinary Scholarship.
Nathan Simpson, son of Russell and Lori Simpson, will attend The Ohio State University. He accepted a total of $6,000 from The Ohio State University Maximus Scholarship.
Ashley Summerfield, daughter of Dan and Debbie Summerfield, will attend University of Findlay. She accepted a total of $16,500 in scholarships from the University of Findlay President’s Scholarship, Cady Reed Memorial Scholarship, NEHS FFA Booster Club Scholarship and NEHS Booster Club “Leadership” Scholarship.
Nicholas Wiseman, son of Craig and Erin Wiseman, will attend Otterbein University. He accepted a total of $8,000 in scholarships from the Otterbein University Cardinal Science Scholarship and Otterbein University United Methodist Church Scholarship.
