Several students were hit by a car as they were walking home from school, according to witnesses.
The incident occurred near University Prep, which is a Pittsburgh Public School, WPXI reported.
Multiple pedestrians were hurt and the road is closed, according to Allegheny County officials.

A teacher told WPXI she jumped out of her car when she saw the crash to check on students.
