If you’re snacking on potato chips in Dayton, it’s assumed they’re Mikesell’s

For over 100 years, Mikesell’s has been a snacking tradition in the Gem City. Although you can always grab a bag of their traditional potato chips, they’re keeping it fresh and fun with two brand new varieties: Old Fashioned Himalayan Sea Salt and Vinegar Potato Chips and Spicy Dill Pickle Groovy Potato Chips.

"These are literally the best pickle chips I have ever tasted,” said Allegra Czerwinski, a member of the Dayton.com team, after she popped her very first Mikesell’s Dill Pickle Potato Chip.

In true Mikesell’s fashion, the chips are sturdy and carry a lot of flavor with each bite. A word of caution, if you’re not a pickle fan to begin with, the new Spicy Dill flavor might not be for you. However the good news is, if you do partake in pickle eating from time to time, you’re really in for a treat.
