Investigation continues into I-675 wrong-way crash that killed woman

Police continue to investigate a wrong-way crash that killed a woman on I-675 Friday evening.

The crash happened near the north Fairfield Road exit after a wrong-way driver was going south in the northbound lanes of I-675.

New video shows crews working around the black car that Beavercreek police said the wrong-way driver was in. He survived the crash, but the woman in the white car was killed.

Beavercreek police have not identified the wrong-way driver or the woman killed.

We’re working to find out more about where the driver got on the highway and what may have led him to drive the wrong way.

There is now a makeshift memorial along the highway where the crash happened.
