Ronald Moore, 72, was seriously injured when he was pinned between his car and a boat concrete boat launch ramp, said David Roorbach, public information officer for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
Moore was listed in critical condition early Friday morning.
The incident remains under investigation.
