The Dayton Police Bomb Squad have responded to the Montgomery County Secure Transitional Offender Program on South Gettysburg Avenue, according to dispatchers.
The bomb squad was requested around noon after “suspicious items” were found at the S.T.O.P. facility, according to dispatch records.
