Emergency crews respond to reported serious crash in Springfield

Emergency crews are responding to the 2000 block of South Limestone Street in Springfield on a report of a possibly serious crash.

According to dispatchers on scanner traffic, a caller reported that one person was thrown from the car in the crash, and dispatchers asked CareFlight to be on standby.
