MEDWAY — A 12-year-old boy was arrested on a charge of arson after allegedly setting off a bottle bomb Wednesday afternoon, May 12, according to a release from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to reports of an explosion in the 100 block of Elm Road around 4:24 p.m. Wednesday, according to the release.
Investigators spoke to the juvenile, who admitted to making a “Works Pop Bottle Bomb” and setting it off, according to the release.
The boy was taken to Clark County Juvenile Detention Center.
