Two men arrested inside a Springfield business Sunday night were jailed on charges of breaking and entering.
The pair appeared in court Monday.
Joseph Stevens, 37, appeared in Clark Co. Municipal Court this morning along with his alleged partner in crime, Clyde Neighbors, 40.

According to a police report, an officer responding to an alarm at Tri-State Pallett Co. on Sherman Ave., found the two men inside the business just after 7 p.m. Sunday night.
The officer ordered the two men to the ground and handcuffed them before taking them to jail.
The officer found a damaged vending maching and toolbox, as well as a broken window in the business.
The officer also charged Stevens with possession of criminal tools after he was found with a bag and drill in his hands.
Steven’s entered a not guilty plea in court to breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools. A judge set his bond at $2,000.
Clyde Neighbors entered a not guilty plea to breaking and entering. His bond was set at $1,500.
