These 14 people were indicted in Clark County

A Clark County Grand Jury voted to indict 14 people this week, according to the Clark County Prosecutor’s Office.

The charges include several theft charges and weapon charges. An indictment is not a conviction and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The following people were indicted in Clark County Common Pleas Court.

Bradley Davis: 20, of Springfield: theft

Tyler Fazio, 27, Springfield: receiving stolen property

Brioni Whalen, 20: burglary and theft

Jessica Christophel-Dalton, 27, burglary and theft

Maurice Long, 22, Springfield: obstructing official business

Rassaun Harris, 18, Springfield: receiving stolen property

Tyler Pratt, 18, Springfield: gross sexual imposition

Jeffrey Sheets Jr., 23: having weapons under disability, receiving stolen property, carrying concealed weapons and improper handing of firearms in a motor vehicle

Timothy Everhart Sr, 37, of Springfield: Having weapons under disability, having weapons under disability and carrying concealed weapon

Richard Tepfenhart Sr, 46, of Springfield: breaking and entering

Derek Leake-Bay, 53, of Springfield: theft

Johnetta Stokes, 53, of Springfield: theft

Noah Healy, 41: assault

John Crabtree, 52: possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs
