The alleged victim said the two were going to a bar when they got into an argument. He said the woman hit him, kicked him out of the car and he started walking.

“(The man) said the (woman) then struck him with her vehicle, causing him to roll over the hood of the car and land on the ground,” the police report says.
Police said in a report that the man did have minor swelling to the left side of his face, near his eye and his pants were dirty.

“I also observed a dent in the hood of (the woman’s) vehicle,” the report says. “It was unknown at the time of this report if the dent was new or old,”
The report says alcohol consumption might have played a roll in the incident.
