A report from the Springfield Police Division showed the man was making a delivery at the restaurant at 4:24 a.m. when he was confronted by two men wearing dark clothing and black and white ski masks. The men pointed a shotgun at him and ordered him to hand over his wallet and cell phone, then ordered him into the rear of his semi-trailer before they fled the scene.
The victim saw a newspaper delivery man a few minutes later and asked him to call 911. STAFF REPORT
