These 23 people were indicted in Clark County

Twenty-three people were indicted this week in Clark County Common Pleas Court with the following charges:

Joseph W. Mort, 24, of Springfield: Assault, obstructing official business.

Lindehu A. Hernandez Velavazquez, 35, of Springfield: Domestic violence, disrupting public service.

Samuel R.M. Davis, 28, of Urbana: Assault, obstructing official business.

James Williams, 55, of Springfield: Violating protection order.

Andre J. McPheters, 38, of Springfield: Felonious assault, discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises, violating protection order, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

Antonio M. Depriest, 25: Aggravated murder, murder (three counts), felonious assault, aggravated robbery, tampering with evidence.

Joseph Brugger, 40, of Springfield: Violating protection order (17 counts).

John D.J. Jones, 37, of Dayton: Having weapons under disability (two counts).

Andre J. Roberts, 33, of Springfield: Possession of cocaine.

Chantay Crum, 56: Having weapons under disability, tampering with evidence, receiving stolen property.

Mychale Shaw, 47, of Springfield: Tampering with evidence, receiving stolen property.

Donald E. McDavid, 25: Attempted murder, felonious assault.

Chase S. Gilliam-Beale, 21, of Englewood: Having weapons under disability.

Jakob Yule, 28, of Springfield: Trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present.

Harry L. Whited, 57: Forgery.

Alexis Staggs, 21, of New Carlisle: Assault (two counts).

Jessica M. Brown, 42, of Springfield: Aggravated possession of drugs.

Ne’Coilai B. Caudill, 30, of Springfield: Felonious assault, domestic violence.

Anthony Craig, 39: Breaking-and-entering.

Gregory S. Workman Jr., 20, of Springfield: Receiving stolen property (two counts), theft.

Jamraian K. Portman, 19, of Springfield: Receiving stolen property (three counts).

Malaki J. Gill-Carrera, 19, of Xenia: Carrying concealed weapon (two counts), improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle (two counts), unlawful possession of dangerous ordnance, illegal manufacture or processing of explosives.

Chelsea Kitt, 34, of Springfield: Failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
