Two years after that he became the assistant kitchen manager. Two years later he learned every about the bar and became a full time manager.”

The post goes on to say that Tagg made several other accomplishments during that time, including getting married and having two children.

“As of April 29th, he was just crazy enough to take the biggest leap of all and buy one of Springfield’s oldest, most iconic landmark restaurant, The Hickory Inn,” the post reads.

The post says that while some changes will be made to keep the restaurant up-to-date with current times, much of the restaurant will remain the same.

Although, the post concludes with an announcement that the restaurant will offer a new lunch and dinner menu in the future.

“Be on the lookout for our new lunch menu very soon, and a new dinner menu in the near feature,” the post reads.
