DETAILED FORECAST

TONIGHT: It will be a chilly night with temperatures falling back into the lower teens by morning. Winds remain light, so wind chills will not be as impactful come Tuesday morning.

TUESDAYLots of sunshine through the day. After a cold start, temperatures will climb into the lower to middle 30s. This is not too far off from normal highs this time of year. There will be a light breeze in the afternoon, so wind chills may back into the upper 20s.

WEDNESDAY: Sunshine remains for Wednesday and even milder as temperatures approach 40 degrees. Some more clouds develop into Wednesday night as a cold front approaches from the northwest.

THURSDAY: A quick moving cold front will swing through the area on Thursday. This will bring clouds and the slight chance for a passing rain or snow shower. This front has little moisture with it, so a good portion of the area may not see anything at all. Temperatures for the day will reach normal levels in the upper 30s.

FRIDAY: Sun and some clouds for Friday, but dry as a brief area of high pressure settles into the region. Temperatures will push back into the upper 30s.

CHRISTMAS WEEKEND: Clouds increase on Saturday, but milder with highs around 40 degrees. Computer models are not in agreement with the timing of our next system. As of now it appear some rain may develop later on Saturday and could linger into Christmas day.
