Starting in the afternoon clouds will quickly increase, followed by a rise in rain chances that will last through the night, ending just before dawn on Saturday.
Temperatures will be cool today with a high around 47 degrees, only falling a bit to around 40 degrees overnight.
After the rain stops on Saturday morning, clouds will decrease throughout the day as temperatures rise to around 55 degrees.
The NWS said that over the last few days melting snow caused rivers and creeks to rise, and additional rainfall could push some rivers to flood levels over the next several days.

Clouds will start to increase again in the evening, with a chance of rain starting again late Saturday night and making showers likely by 1 a.m. Temperatures will fall to around 44 degrees overnight.
Showers will remain likely through dawn on Sunday, before chances slowly trail off throughout the day, finally dropping away around midnight Sunday.
During the day on Sunday, temperatures will rise to around 59 degrees. However, Sunday night temperatures will drop again to near freezing, with a low around 33 degrees.
