Sunny, summer-like temperatures to start the week

The Miami Valley will get a hint of summer with warm temperatures and sunshine to start the week.

Today will be sunny and bright, with a high near 80 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.

A few passing clouds are possible. Tonight will be partly cloudy, with temperatures dropping into the mid-50s overnight.

Tomorrow will be a few degrees warmer, with temperatures around 83 degrees. It will be sunny with some clouds mixed in.

Overnight lows will be around the mid-50s.

More sunshine is expected Wednesday with highs in the low 80s.

A cooler airmass will move into the region overnight, bringer cooler temperatures. Lows will be in the mid-40s.

Cooler temperatures are expected to close out the week, but it will get warmer as the Memorial Day holiday approaches.

Thursday will be sunny with highs around 70. Friday will be slightly warmer, with temperatures reaching the mid-70s.
