More breaks in the clouds are expected overnight. With light winds, some patchy fog will be possible, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell said. Temperatures will fall back into the middle 60s.

DETAILED FORECAST 

Friday: Skies will start out partly cloudy with increasing clouds in the afternoon. Scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop, mainly after 2 or 3 p.m. Some storms could become strong or possibly severe. Damaging winds and hail will be the main threat from the strongest storms. Locally heavy rain also will be possible and could lead to isolated flooding. Highs will be in the middle 80s.

Saturday: Skies will clear and become mostly sunny. It will be cooler and less humid with highs in the upper 70s.

Sunday: Expect the day to start with lots of sunshine, however, clouds will be on the increase late in the day. There is a chance for a shower toward late evening. Highs will be back in the lower 80s.

Monday: Expect partly sunny skies with a chance for passing showers or a thunderstorm. Highs will rebound into the middle 80s with increasing humidity.

Tuesday: A mix of sun and clouds is in the forecast along with a chance for showers and storms. Highs will be in the lower to middle 80s.
