Mostly clear, mild overnight; Drier, cooler for weekend

Today will be hot and humid with a chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms arriving this afternoon before cooler and drier air arrives for the weekend.

Tonight will be mostly clear with an overnight low around 72 degrees.

It will be sunny but not quite as hot for Friday, with a high near 90 degrees. Friday night will be clear and much cooler with an overnight low around 58 degrees.

Saturday will be sunny and seasonably warm, with a high around 78 degrees, followed by a mostly clear, cool night will overnight lows around 53 degrees.

It will be mostly sunny with a high near 81 degrees for Father’s Day, which also is Juneteenth. Sunday night will be partly cloudy with an overnight low around 60 degrees.

Temperatures move back into the 90s for the new workweek, pushing near 100 for Tuesday and Wednesday.
